A no-host informal gathering for participants to meet up the evening before the WordCamp. Responsibilities entail securing space for 40-50 participants ahead of time for the gathering. Often sponsors for this type of event may purchase some appetizers from the establishment. Sometimes they will also provide beverage tokens.
